ZORIALIS · HAMBURG

Measure what works.
Build what improves the outcome.

Zorialis is a founder-led engineering company in Hamburg. We evaluate whether AI, software and technical ideas actually improve your results — and we engineer the simplest maintainable solution when a change is justified.

TYPICAL REASONS

Why companies come to Zorialis

AI is in use, but nobody can show what changed

Assistants and a few internal experiments are part of daily work. Nobody can say what changed in time, cost, quality, throughput or revenue.

A pilot works in demos, not in daily operations

The demo was convincing. Production quality, integration, review effort or adoption never followed.

A process still runs on spreadsheets and copy-paste

A core workflow depends on manual transfer between systems. Software could carry it reliably.

A prediction or automation problem is clear

Forecasting, anomaly detection, document processing, inspection or decision support could help; the right method is not yet obvious.

An idea is technically uncertain

Before funding or building, someone needs to test whether the data and methods can support it.

A vendor or model dependency has become uncomfortable

A provider changed terms, pricing or direction, and switching looks harder than expected.

ZORIALIS ENTRY PROTOCOL

Start where the problem is

AI in use, value unclear
Start with the AI System Audit — Stage 1 is a Value / Workflow Review.
Defined capability
Start with Engineering.
Uncertain idea
Start with the Feasibility Sprint or Applied R&D.
Product or research interest

Unsure
Use the contact form or a short scoping call — we will point you to the smallest sensible first step.
PROBLEM AND OUTCOME BEFORE TECHNOLOGY

Technology should solve a defined problem. We start with the problem and the outcome it must improve, measure the current state, and choose the simplest technology that does the job reliably. Sometimes that is a large language model; often it is a smaller model, classical machine learning, statistics or plain software.
